Joy Francis is a business development and financial analyst with 30+ years of experience and an ABA in Business Administration, She got through her entire education only to discover, years later, she was legally blind. Where most would see a handicap, she made it a super power. Beacuse she can only see 4 to 5 characters at a time,  she examines financial statements with a fine-tooth comb and is considered a human calculator. Joy has dedicated her life to empowering women who lived similar situations as she did growing up. She has won several leadership awards and has been featured in Detroit News, Oakland Press, The Observer, and many more. Joy’s greatest passion is to expand women’s self-belief around money so they can live the life they have always wanted.
